1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by RFway LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

RFway LLC provides IT solutions including but not limited to:

• Web development and design
• Mobile application development
• API development and integration
• Business process automation
• IT consulting and support

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for overdue accounts

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed work products. RFway LLC retains rights to general methodologies, tools, and know-how developed independently or prior to the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

RFway LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of work completed prior to termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RFway LLC is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
