These terms govern the engagements, services, and relationships between RFway LLC and the teams we work with. They are written to be readable, not clever.

Acceptance

By accessing or using services provided by RFway LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, we ask that you not use the services.

Services

RFway LLC provides software engineering services including:

  • Web development & design
  • Mobile & fullstack applications
  • API development & integration
  • Workflow automation & AI integration
  • Consulting & technical advisory

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely way, honor agreed payment terms, and respect intellectual property rights.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual engagement agreements. Invoices are typically due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees and, in some cases, may trigger suspension of active work.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed work products. RFway LLC retains rights to general methodologies, tools, and know-how developed independently or prior to the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

RFway LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services are provided as-is without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of any engagement.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of work completed prior to termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RFway LLC is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
